COVID-19 UPDATES

THE GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCED THAT THE COVID 19 PROTECTION FRAMEWORK (KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM) WILL END AS OF 11.59PM TONIGHT - 13 SEPTEMBER 2022.

The key points of the announcement are:

- Masks will no longer be required to be worn, except in Healthcare and Aged Care Facilities

- Contacts of Covid-19 cases will no longer need to isolate

- Household contacts of Covid-19 cases will need to complete a daily rapid antigen test

- Positive Covid-19 cases will still need to isolate at home for seven days

All Government mandates will end on Monday 26 September, but employers can continue their own mandates should they wish.
